Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. Returns may be considered only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability.
  • A duplicate payment was processed.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the discretion of X14 BioLabs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • Products purchased for purposes other than laboratory research.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed shipping issue.
